Fascinating and enjoyable workshops which promote awareness and which give you an indepth understanding about non-verbal expression - the influences behind it and how to become better masters of ourselves. They help you become more effective in communication and to build confidence in how you portray yourself.
It is well known today that approximately 60-80% of how we are received in communication is through how we use our body, and studies have shown that, as an example, people are often selected for a new job or acting role based upon the first fifteen seconds of impression created on entering the room at the interview or audition. This is also important for someone wishing to promote their business or sell their product, since the impressions we provide others through our gestures, our postures and our movements can be highly influential in whether these are conveyed positively or not.
We all constantly and intuitively read the body language of others to determine who and what we are dealing with. And yet, in our formal education we received little training in how to project ourselves in order to create the impressions we would want to portray.

All that a man does outwardly is but the expression and completion of his inward thought.
